During my stay, I faced several issues. The front desk staff lacked professionalism and couldn't provide change for a tip, which felt surprising for a luxury hotel. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were insufficient, and I found the accessibility options to be inadequate, especially for guests who may struggle with stairs.

The staff were absolutely delightful, and the breakfast was simply sensational, featuring an abundance of selections served with a charming touch. My room boasted breathtaking views of the sea and a comfortable ambience that truly elevated my experience.

Smart choice for a cursory stop in Sanremo with good value for price. The bed was terrific and made resting easy. Be wary of the steep stairs. they can be a challenge at the entrance.

The view from our balcony was stunning, enhancing our mornings significantly. Staff were generally polite, though I found the lack of luggage assistance at check-in a bit off-putting. Climbing the stairs with our bags was challenging without help. Housekeeping maintained good cleanliness, but coffee service during breakfast was slow. Would have loved a more responsive staff during peak times. Overall, a beautiful location near the waterfront, but a few tweaks would elevate the experience.
